Cancellation Policy

• Before any shop accepts your order you can cancel from the order page at no charge.
• After a shop has accepted, contact support; we will cancel if the items have not been picked up.
• After pickup an order cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, the order is returned and we may restrict cash-on-delivery on your account.
• We may cancel an order if shops cannot supply the items or no delivery partner is available. Any prepaid amount is refunded in full.
• Online orders that are not paid within 15 minutes are cancelled automatically.
