These terms govern your use of the FtaFat website and apps operated by [Company legal name], [registered address] (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we do

We take your order for goods sold by independent neighbourhood shops listed on our platform. Our delivery partner collects the items from one or more shops and delivers them to you. Prices shown in the app are the prices you pay; they include applicable GST.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a guardian's consent.

3. Orders, availability and substitutions

An order is confirmed when the shops accept it. If an item is unavailable we may remove it or offer a replacement of similar value; any price difference is adjusted as described in the Refund Policy. We never charge a prepaid order more than the amount you paid.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Share the delivery OTP shown in the app only after you receive your items. If you are unavailable, the rider may return the items and the order may be cancelled.

5. Payments

You can pay cash/UPI on delivery or online through our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, abuse riders or shop staff, place fake orders or attempt to interfere with the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

Products are sold by the listed shops. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
